Hi, my name is Jacee Unruh and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Kansas. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and empowering space where my clients can feel genuinely heard and seen. My goal is to partner with you to explore thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, process and understand your emotions, and recognize the strengths you already possess. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, motivation, grief and loss, and the social issues that arise during the teenage years. I also provide support for those dealing with divorce and family structure changes. I utilize an integrated theoretical approach, including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to tailor my methods to each individual's needs. I work with preteens, teens, and adults. I offer in-person and telehealth options.
